Long weekend

Happy monday everyone!

And what a happy monday it is. I'm 2 minutes away from the uni and I get a message from Gerrie saying class is cancelled. As soon as we got our mobile phones the uni asked us for our numbers so they could call us if class was cancelled. SO WHAT HAPPENED!? Lots them already!? Argh... oh well, now I get to work on my blog and then go home and study, I needed the time anyway, because tomorrow my mummy is going to be here! Yes, she is coming to Japan!! WOOO!! *3 cheers for leslie-mummy-person* ;) So it's going to be a busy few weeks. Hopefully I'll have some more to tell on my blog because right now it's not so much ;)

I had a relatievly quiet weekend, to recover from a rather busy week. Thursday night I went to bed early after watching an episode of " 6 feet under" and then friday I slept in. We went to a shopping center near the uni and I made quich! (it was de-li-cious) and in the evening we were debating as to what to do. In the end we decided to go find Richard at this izakaya called ' totoya' but the place was so boring we left after one drink (the Japanese people who he was with were drunk and all they cared about was weed and the red light district) so we went to a different izakaya. THere was nothing much to do there either, so we went home. Exciting huh!? Saturday was chill day again, did homework mostly. I'm trying to do lots in advance so I can spend as much time as possible with my mummy!! Sunday same deal. Went for a walk because it was nice weather and I wanted to get out of the house, and spent the rest of the time sort of doing homework again. SO like I said, not a very interesting weekend. I was supposed to go out saturday but I wasn't feeling well so that's why I stayed home. Read other people's blogs to find out what an awesome time they had (I wish I could have gone) and hold on, sit tight, I'll do interesting stuff soon!
